Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum 3 years of managerial level experience in a Learning & Development role. Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate training programs and development strategies across multiple business units Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) in English. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to travel to various properties and business units as needed to oversee and support trainings initiatives on-site.
