Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in high-end cocktail bars experience is an added advantage. Skills in Mixology, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes with good palate is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Russian. Well-groomed with a professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Familiarity with LQA and HACCP standards will be an advantage.
