Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional guest service skills. Ensure accuracy in guest billing and payment processes. Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
