Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in an à la carte restaurant is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Well-groomed with a professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Familiarity with LQA and HACCP standards will be an advantage.
