Requirements

Coastal Navigation Certificate Class 5/2 Niyami Certificate 5/2 Extensive background in operating catamarans, preferably within luxury resort settings. Proficiency in navigation techniques, including GPS, radar, and other relevant maritime technology. Strong understanding of yachting practices, safety protocols, and equipment associated with luxury vessels. Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities to manage a team effectively and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations. Physical fitness and capability to handle the demands of sailing, including handling the vessel and working in various weather conditions. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position with inboard engine vessels. Positive attitude & pleasant personality. Great communicator & outstanding customer service. Capability to operate autonomously and cooperatively within a multicultural team setting. Dedicated to crafting memorable guest experiences during diving expeditions, fishing outings, and excursions.
