Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in IT Support in the hotel industry. Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality. Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills. Creative thinking skills and the ability to solve problems. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
