Requirements

1+ years of experience in a similar role within a resort or island environment Strong leadership and technical expertise in civil engineering Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt to the unique challenges of a resort island setting Oversee the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of the resort. Manage and motivate the engineering team, ensuring effective execution of tasks and projects. Ensure compliance with all local safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in engineering operations Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to resort guests during maintenance activities Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring improvement or urgent repairs Ensure all equipment and tools used by the engineering team are well-maintained and safely operated
