Requirements

Ensuring all guests are warmly welcomed and on time Ensure all guest baggage are collected Ensure all guests are fully briefed with estimated transfer times following the standard of the resort Ensure all guest arrival are seamless and promptly escorted to the speed boats with guest baggage Wait for the guests who have left the resort, assist with the baggage unloading and escort them to the departure gate Keep the Front Office team informed about any delayed flights, unavoidable incidents at the airport that may affect the guest transfers Take initiative in teaching junior team members and coordinate the tasks among the team Work 48 hours per week exclusive of the daily breaks Work such hours beyond the normal hours of work for the proper performance of duties Adhere to grooming standards Any other duties assigned by the team leader/ manager related to job Fluent English verbal and written communication Previous experience in Airport Operations / hospitality field will be advantageous Strong will to learn the required skills with the team High level of integrity treating the business as your own Ability to do exceptional teamwork
