Requirements

Supervise receiving and dispatching of goods. Monitor stock movement and update inventory records. Maintain proper documentation as per customs requirements. Assist with audits and monthly reconciliations. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse. Support the Bond Manager in staff coordination and work allocation. Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to lead a small team effectively Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, stock systems) Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 2 years' experience in bonded warehouse operations. Knowledge of bonded procedures and customs regulations.
