Requirements

Lead daily prayers and other religious services. Ensure the mosque is kept clean, organized, and in good condition at all times. Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the mosque's surroundings, including prayer mats, wash areas, and other facilities. Organize and lead religious events, including special prayers during Ramadan or other Islamic holidays. Address any concerns or questions related to the use of the mosque. Maldivian national only Must hold required certification from Maldives authority. Relevant experience in leading prayers. Degree in Islamic Studies or related field. Advanced certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of maintaining cleanliness in religious spaces. Ability to work in a diverse environment.
