Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development function, ideally within the hospitality or leisure industry Certifications in Training - CHE, CHT or similar from a recognised institute Familiarity with various training technologies, such as learning management systems, virtual training platforms and e-learning tools A thorough understanding of the principles and practices of team members' training and development Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programmes and present to an audience Strong in project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
