Requirements

Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort. Ability to communicate fluently in both Verbal and Written English. Ability to work extended hours when necessary. Compliance with receipts and issues of stock items from Stores with GRNs and MRNs. Identification of items that are to surpass the date of expiry and provide HODs timely notice for the use of any such items. Maintaining the cleanliness and setting safety and hygiene standards. Carry out month-end stock-taking along with the Cost Control staff and clarify or reconcile stock variances as required by the Chief Accountant/Stores Manager. Carrying out any other duties as directed by your manager or Supervisor.
