Requirements

Previous experience in a similar function from a luxury island resort. Ability to work in a remote location or island life. Detail oriented/task motivated. Excellent telephone presentation, sales skills and ability to upsell is a plus. Experience in Opera Cloud, PMS, Amadeus or other Reservation software. Strong communication skills. Multilingual (Dhivehi and English speakers are essential) Coordinate and confirm all guest transfers with airline partners (TMA, Maldivian) Manage bulk and last-minute bookings, ensuring timely submissions. Maintain accurate records in PMS and transfer tracking systems. Prepare daily arrival/departure reports and liaise with key departments. Support guests with transfer related queries and promote premium transfer options. Monitor flight changes/delays and respond promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Reconcile invoices and maintain strong vendor relationships. Continuously improve processes for a seamless guest journey. Ability to multitask efficiently
