Requirements

Experience in Overseeing marine transport operations Requires to monitor and analyse operational performance, including fuel consumption, turnaround times, safety and service reliability Experience in leading, mentoring, and supervising shore-based operations staff and collaborating with onboard crew personnel. Valid CDC STCW II/3 with relevant Certifications will be preferred. Minimum 8-10 years relevant industry experience. Excellent communication skills is a must.
