Requirements

Develop and implement a comprehensive recreational program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of the guests. Lead department to ensure that goals are achieved. Organize activities and entertainment, and prepare action plans to implement successful programs. Plan and administer all training and development program for the department's team. A certificate / diploma in hospitality is required. Minimum 3 years experience in similar position. Excellent command in English. Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal skills.
