Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star resort in the Maldives. Strong understanding of luxury market segments. Experience in social media, Content Creation and Graphic Designing are added advantage. Extensive sales and communication skills, and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry and resort operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on revenue generation. Familiar with Microsoft Office, PMS systems and reporting tools.
