Requirements

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a five-star luxury property in similar capacity. Comprehensive wine knowledge with a minimum qualification of WSET Level 2. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage. Ability to speak additional language will be an added advantage. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skill with interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of food safety and health standards. Experience in working in remote island setting will be an advantage.
