Requirements

Strong knowledge of resort HR & Welfare functions. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources. Two years of experience in similar role. Well versed in MS Office and MS Excel functions. Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision. Experience in handling employee relations matters. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. People oriented and result oriented.
