Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand, Maldives’ work experience is preferred. Proficient in English. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Experience working with ACCOR on sustainability-related initiatives is highly desirable. Experience using maintenance management software and digital reporting tools, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. Excellent communications & leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively. Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
