Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or guest house operations Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) Experience working with online booking engines (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) Knowledge of hospitality software and room allocation systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
