Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the hospitality industry. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong understanding of Maldivian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Fluent in English.
