Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel. Excellent knowledge of the Cacao bean & Cacao production process. Ability to make homemade chocolates, sugar sculptures, and design artistic pastry and bakery showpieces. Thorough knowledge of food safety management through HACCP. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team. Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
