Qualifications & Experience. Proven experience as a Commis or similar role, preferably in a Maldives resort setting. Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Should be passionate about interacting with guests and willing to work in a multi-cultural team. Adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards. Knowledge & Competencies. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated with a positive attitude + excellent interpersonal skills to ensure smooth day to day operations.
