Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a luxury resort, with Maldives or remote island experience preferred. Oversee the operations of Kids Club, Teens Hut, Art Lab, and the Resort’s Recreation and Sports Activities. Build strong guest relationships and deliver high service standards. Certification in First Aid, World Wide Kids, and knowledge of health & safety protocols. Strong leadership skills to supervise, mentor, and motivate a diverse recreation team. Upskill and train Islanders and team members, fostering career growth. Handle multiple activities efficiently while addressing guest concerns. Strong verbal and written communication, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Good operational and interpersonal skills are a must Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks. Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven.
