Minimum one year of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant discipline Minimum 3-4 years of F&B experience Good knowledge of the Food & Beverage products and high-end service levels Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken Computer literate Organized with strong planning, good communication, and interpersonal skills<br><br>Additional Information:<br>Application Deadline: 28th April 2025 Primary Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of beverage service, and lead a motivated team while maintaining strong coordination with all hotel departments. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, inventory control, hygiene and safety compliance, and guest satisfaction—especially VIPs. The role also involves supporting special events, managing maintenance needs, monitoring beverage quality, a strong sense of hospitality, hands-on leadership, and attention to detail are essential.
