Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role Strong leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills Proficient in customer handling and conflict resolution Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Knowledge of POS systems, basic inventory control, and sales reporting A proactive and problem-solving mindset<br><br>Additional Information:<br>This job is open for Maldivians only Working Hours: 10:00 - 12:00, 14:00 - 18:00, 20:00 - 22:00 (Sun - Thurs) 16:00 - 18:00, 20:00 - 22:00 (Fri) Only shortlisted candidates with relevant experience will be contacted for interviews.
