Requirements

- Oversee maintenance and repair of kitchen cold equipment (refrigerators, freezers, chillers, walk-ins and ice machines). Comply with HACCP & FSA. Conduct Predictive Maintenance Program. Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration issues. Maintain organised records of maintenance, inspections and temperature logs. Support audits and inspections, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Monitor and calibrate temperature control systems for food storage compliance.
