Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
