QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related Minimum of 2 years work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting Excellent communication skills PERSONAL QUALITIES: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude. OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Airport Representative, this role is responsible for Providing personalized service to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction from their arrival/departure to airport. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all guests on arrival meet on time and provide a warm welcome. Ensure all guest luggages are collected Ensure guest arrival at the airport is seamless and quickly escorted to the speedboat. Escort guests to the speedboat and provide a full briefing regarding estimated travelling time, and safety guidelines, following standards of the resort. Assist guests with check-in, highlighting the importance of safety and security. Wait at the jetty for guests who left the resort, assist with unloading luggage and escort them to the departure gate. Keep the Front Office team informed about any delayed flights, unavoidable incidents at the airport that may affect the guest’s transfers.
