Requirements

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design engaging training materials using digital tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms). Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
