Requirements

General Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus). 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities. Priority will be given to Maldivians.
