Requirements

Previous experience in a similar function from a luxury island resort. Ability to work in a remote location or island life. Multilingual advantageous. Detail oriented/task motivated. Excellent telephone presentation, sales skills and ability to upsell is a plus. Experience in Opera PMS or other reservation software. Passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills. Good levels of written and spoken English.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Maximize sales and profit. To provide a point of contact for all Revenue associated processes and queries. Ensure all telephone calls, email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Handle all reservations through different channels. Arrange domestic Flight and Seaplane transfer as required. Communicate to related department on daily basis in regards to VIP’s, Arrivals.
