Requirements

Ability to work in a remote location or island life. Ability to multi-task, work well in a stressful & high-pressure situations, a team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal skill. Background/knowledge on Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) is a plus. Previous Opera PMS experience required.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Plays a vital role in terms of administration support to the entire sales & marketing team. Plays a key role in maintaining sales tracking tools and client database, with input from the Director of Sales & Marketing and sales & marketing team. Collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing with regards to all administration work as to help in ensuring the overall efficiency of the strategic function of the department. Preparing and planning of FAM trips/Site Inspections, as well as co-hosting part with other departments to successfully sell the property to potential partners.
