Requirements

Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort. External supplier management, covering sales and PR agencies. Strong leadership. Hands on approach to managing a team and successful planning. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer contact skills. Result and service oriented with an eye for details. Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations, a team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship, and time management skills. Strong and outgoing personality and exceptional negotiation skills.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Achieves budgeted revenues on key accounts and conversion of key prospects through active solicitation and execution of action plans. Responsible for rental revenue, yield strategies and sales and marketing expense and optimal business mix targets. Developing business, projections and implementing plans, budget, market segment & Set Sales strategy for the Resort. Directing all advertising, public relations and promotional activities of the Resort. Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that guest requests are offered corresponds effectively to the Resort’s products. Participating in activities to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image for the Resort in the market place. Promote the Resort to assigned territory and monitor optimal sales at the most possible revenue to position the Resort in the market.
