Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets in large-scale, luxury hotel/resort operations Ability to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities Sound knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements Well-informed of compliance with health & safety standards Proficient in the use of micros POS, and other F&B and hotel related software Thorough experience of creating & implementing standard Operating Procedures Strong problem-solving skills; composure under pressure. High level of professionalism and discretion. Highly collaborative with other departments. Proven ability to effectively manage, train and inspire a diverse team Fair knowledge of Recruitment & Retention best practices Knowledge of monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports This role demands a consistent presence on the floor and steady support for the team.
