Requirements
Lead and maintain the associate’s canteen with the help of executive chef Prepare and update best dishes for associates with good presentation Prepare and maintain all the chef worktops in the canteen spotlessly To be responsible for the correct storage of food and to ensure all refrigerators are locked and the proper used of all equipment’s Comply with hotel standards in relation to hygiene and personal presentation To be part of the apprentice, young chefs and stewards on job training, schedules and teaching programs. Should communicate to executive sous chef the needs in term of training for the people in your area. Minimum 1 years’ experience in the same capacity. Under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude.
