GCE O’ Level/GCE A’ Level, National Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field Relevant professional qualifications in HR and administration. Please submit Applications in hard copy or as instructed below Assist in maintaining a thorough knowledge of MFLC personnel policies, implement HR Operating Policies and Procedures, and ensure adherence to these standards. Participate in reviewing staff policies and recommend changes to improve HR processes. Generate and distribute documents required for HR operations. Provide support in offering high-quality, appropriate, and clearly communicated advice on all aspects of HR management, policy, and practice, including workforce planning, job design, employment law, employee relations, and communication strategies. Support line managers in developing and implementing strategic succession planning and talent retention strategies. Collaborate with line managers on the implementation of the department's strategic plans. Assist in advising and supporting HR teams, employees, and managers in interpreting HR policies and procedures, covering recruitment, orientation, career development, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, and separation. Assist in the talent acquisition processes, including workforce needs assessment, recruitment, and retention strategies. Help plan and respond to recruitment needs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job descriptions and personnel requisitions. Ensure the recruitment process is fair, transparent, and compliant with legal regulations and HR policies. Assist in overseeing the exit management process to ensure a smooth and positive transition for departing employees. Execute daily HR-related administrative duties with expected quality and timeliness. Assist in managing and reviewing HR/Admin documents. Help review employment contracts, purchase requests, and payment requests. Maintain updated tracking of staff performance evaluations and conduct HR-related data analysis. Ensure employee files are properly maintained. Perform any other related tasks as needed.
